This release from the Jaffa 2512 team takes Fresh Lemons which are hand picked and pressed and infuses them into their Classic Gin which creates a Refreshing Zesty flavour with obvious notes of Citrus running throughout and hints of Juniper

You can also grow your own garnish as each bottle comes with a Lemon Balm seed pack for your own home botanical garden

This release comes from the Kirker and Greer team in Belfast

Whilst this process is ongoing they take the Cornish Clotted Cream and cold distil this in a Vacuum and then once both processes are finished these are infused together

All three macerations are left to rest for a minimum of a year and then combined with the first Distillate and creates this exquisite Gin

which if you hadn't guessed from the name is aged inside two different casks

Hatozaki blended Japanese Whisky is a premium blend of whisky aged up to 12 years in barrels
