Post-ferment the wines were left on yeast lees for a touch of added texture before blending and bottling in July 2021

Made from 100% Pinot Noir fruit left of yeast lees and disgorged in January 2023 for release

60% Semillon and 20% Clairette with the balance made up by Ugni Blanc (previous releases have been Viognier and Vermentino)
