A B Quality denotes that there will be few holes, and it intended for meat pastes with some texture to them. You can stuff emulsion based meat pastes into these casings, but you will run risk of some of the smooth paste leaking through the holes potentially. They are best used for slightly coarser pastes rule of thumb. Sold in 1 hank = 100
