R. 'Scintillation' Web SpecialsScintillation This Dexter hybrid has such excellent foliage, many other hybrids are judged against this one as a standard. Its light pink flowers appear in early May on a plant that will grow to be 4 5 ft. Tall in 10 years. The flower trusses are well rounded with a a bronze flare in the upper lobe. Hardy to zone 5. This plant is very tough and will grow in full sun with extremes of wind and cold .
