Vino Rosso 'Paulin' Vintage:2021Vino Rosso Grapes: Nebbiolo, Croatina, Vespolina 2021 was a disaster for Paolos harvest, there was not enough quality fruit to make a Bramaterra, so Paolo created a one off Vino Rosso (unclassified red wine) that was made to be simply the best wine possible, no attempt was made to follow his usual path.
