Future Fossils №1 – Norway AlaskaArtwork Information While hiking near Kongsberg in Norway, I came across a small stream filled with chalk and sand after a mudslide, and these leaves offered me a wonderful abstract and intimate motif. I especially like these special places that you have to discover first and that do not immediately catch your eye and draw attention. Always feels a little like a real discovery.

the swirling formations resembled Jupiter’s cloud bands

revealing intricate patterns and details that might otherwise go unnoticed

crystalline structure

glacial rivers reach the ocean across wide sand plains—shaping intricate surface patterns through sediment and flow

Subtle textures and internal structures emerge where light is absorbed rather than reflected

which grow in size and complexity as more water molecules freeze

shaped by frozen leaves

The low light and muted

What fascinated me was how this precise structure
