Kilkerran Heavily Peated ABV: 58.6% Longrow SpringbankNose: Citrus notes, vanilla cheesecake, rhubarb and custard sweets with delicate peat smoke. Palate: Newly baked Bramley apple pie with sweet salted caramel. The peat is plentiful yet well integrated. A fresh coastal influence evokes memories of a blustery, busy, sea sprayed harbour. initially aged in ex-bourbon casks before being transferred over to Tawny Port pipes for the final two years

Nose: Elagantly rich with floral notes wafting up first

FINISH: Aromatic

Maybe some crushed nuts

It is deliciously smooth over the rocks or mixes exceptionally well with Fevertree ginger ale
